It’s Easy to Eat Your Peas This Summer; 5 Plant-Based Snacks You’ll Love

Crispy, dried, salty, savory and spicy chips are arriving on your store shelf with new and innovative ingredients and eye-catching packaging. My recent visit to the New York Fancy Food Show found cauliflower and mushrooms as new entries into the very full list of plant-based snacks.
